I won't repeat the points others have made on this thread but I find the following pretty insane. That judge should not be permitted to give LE what amounts to a mulligan. -- Writing separately, Judge Thomas Rose said that the authorities had enough probable cause to get a warrant, and that their failure to do so was "harmless."
