- _Wintermute 11y agoI really disagree with the argument about heatmaps. It's hardly difficult to convert a matrix into into a long dataframe that can be used with ggplot. Literally one more word. ggplot(melt(matrix), aes(x = Var1, y = Var2, fill = value)) + geom_raster()
