- techsupporter 11y agoHow so? I have a mortgage and am doing a refinance right now. In both cases, I delivered the documents requested by the lender electronically. Bank statements, pay stubs, insurance information, and so on were all uploaded or emailed. The only paper generated has been the stack of forms to sign and I scanned and shredded those at the conclusion of the transaction (except the deed).
