Why do you think that is ridiculously high? Isn't everyone complaining how impossible it is to hire people? As mentioned elsewhere, this number probably includes employee overhead. But even if it didn't, I'd consider that about the minimum for accepting a salaried job. Maybe that's why I'm still contracting... edit: grammar
