I'm pretty sure it worked on most Linux distros and even on mac. I don't see how it's big news. That's not progress, it's just faulty marketing.

- masklinn 11y agoMainline htop never worked on OSX. OSX's htop is a fork of 0.8.2 with all the linux stuff stripped out and replaced, and then not really updated (let alone resynced with mainline): https://github.com/AndyA/htop-osx https://github.com/AndyA/htop-osx
