Thanks. Might as well say "Date: 1967" as well. /s This is obviously a historical piece.

  Well, it's not that obvious to someone who hasn't heard about this in 2012. Adding the year next to the title would definitely help people to make a decision to click on it or not.

  It's conventional on Hacker News to add the publication year to stories that have been around for a while. I suspect this is because by editing the title, it avoids needless "This is old" comments.
