"Chur" is another way to say "Thanks" or "Cheers", the usage of which is popular in New Zealand.
So, I read this as:
"Tea? Chur."

- ratfacemcgee 11y agoit tends to just be a reply to something. like, you wouldn't say "chur, where everybody knows your name".
