Not just lice... hepatitis can spread through poorly clean manicure tools.
- Godel_unicode 11y agoAs far as I'm aware, there are very few manicure tools used in the cutting and braiding of hair. Consider that this type of over thinking might be a large part of the reason for these licensing requirements.
