Yeah, but a 50 mi commute is ($$$) too, in wear/tear as well as fuel.
- omegaham 11y agoIn many cases, you save much more on rent because you're not spending $1700 a month to live in a shoebox. What's really costly is time. That 50 miles in traffic is an hour and a half, so you end up spending 3 hours in traffic every day. This turns your 8-hour workday into an 11-hour workday.
