One suspects that pretty much everybody in the NK leadership is aware of the last few decades of international sanctions.
- viraptor 11y agoWere there any real changes though? They may be aware and happy to just live with the sanctions / embargoes.
- CamperBob2 11y agoSanctions are only a problem for the little people. The governing elites aren't missing any steak, iPhones, and caviar.
