- maxerickson 11y agoIs there a primary driver? It seems to me that it's the effect of many forces, each of which is probably worth addressing. When I get medical bills, I have a lot of difficulty trying to figure out why the service I consumed could possibly cost as much as I am being charged. But I apparently agreed to pay whatever as a condition of obtaining the service.
