As for the article, I would say: a pox on both houses. I endorse neither EULA violators nor PayPal as an Internet police force doing online civil forfeiture. The way to handle Netflix/PayPal is by international treaty regulation for nondiscrimination and uniform product quality. Netflix/PayPal is likely in violation. Overseas users are in luck: treaty actions will only work OUTSIDE the USA. Kickstart a trade lawsuit. Any lawyer will work on contingency against deep pockets. Kickstarter only need fund initial research.
