- matthewbauer 11y agoI think what she's saying is that usually when tech companies talk about diversity they mean they really are talking about increasing the number of women in tech. To her, at least, that's not as important as increasing the number of minorities in tech. So as "white women" are in one group but not the other, the are bad because they are minorities in disguise. Even with that, it's a terrible thing to put on a slide without any added context.
- audessuscest 11y agowell, the only important thing that matter is skills / experiences, because choosing people (or not) for their race or gender is really... at least weird.
