How do friends and family rounds get around this angel investment rule?
- _delirium 17y agoMany don't do official rounds at all--- if your dad wants to donate $10k to you with no strings attached, in return for an informal promise that you'll fund his retirement if you strike it rich, there's nothing standing in the way of that.
