Last time I was looking into it, Glassdoor didn't seem to do a good job of covering bonuses and stock grants, which are very important factors.
- ryanSrich 11y agoThat's true for larger companies like Facebook and Google that grant stock and other forms of comp. But for most companies you're primarily compensated through a salary.
