  That again sounds like you have trouble defining achievement or satisfaction. Looking at the current state of technology compared to 5, 10, 50 or 500 years ago it is apparent that we are advancing at what could only be labelled as an exponential rate. Moore's law et al.

    If he's unhappy with the world in general, is that any reason for us to be offended? The world can be quite sucky, we may as well admit it. No need to go into personal attack mode.
