  This is solvable by also hosting a local copy and load it if CDN is not available. Example (from my website): <script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.10.2/jquery.min.js"></script> <script>window.jQuery || document.write('<script src="/js/vendor/jquery-1.10.2.min.js"><\/script>')</script>
