- otoburb 11y agoPresumably that's next via Tesseract + OpenCV. There's even a license plate library called OpenALPR[1] already available that the professor is probably itching to use if he ever gets city approval. [1] https://github.com/openalpr/openalpr https://github.com/openalpr/openalpr
- jrowley 11y agoJust needs to get the right angle for the camera. I don't know if he'd need any approval for capturing. Looking up license plates/acting on the data could get one into trouble I imagine though.
