- martinald 11y agoThat's not true. http://inplus.co.uk/rd-tax-credits-foreign-companies/ http://inplus.co.uk/rd-tax-credits-foreign-companies/ If you have some horribly complex multinational structure then you'll have more scrutiny but it's not impossible.
