I just deleted the facebook app off my phone for two reasons. First, I would find myself browsing fb, close the app, then IMMEDIATELY open it back up without thinking about it. Second, I would see the same content 2-3 times a day. Now just on desktop it is so much nicer, but I don't really know what to do on my phone anymore.
