Well one option is that if meetings are shorter and we waste less time on performance-evaluating BS, then the surplus of manager's time will result in less demand for managers.

- hashkb 11y agoRight, but do you schedule a meeting to talk to your manager about it? And when they schedule a series of follow-ups to evaluate the effectiveness of meetings and establish a committee... And oh where's that feature you're working on?
