To be honest, I use plain old email. If you have a decent client (I use Thunderbird) you can put any text, links, images etc in there. Searching is built-in. T

To be honest, I use plain old email. If you have a decent client (I use Thunderbird) you can put any text, links, images etc in there. Searching is built-in. Tagging isn't quite as good but there are ways around it. I then use procmail for putting into the right folder. It has worked really well for me.
