are you guys ever going to have a stable service? i've been on the verge of dumping irccloud multiple times because of the extremely frequent "ddos" attacks that make your service unusable for hours at a time, despite every other IRC client still working just fine with Freenode.

Just run ZNC instead, if the service is unreliable.

  I think that at least some of the point of IRCcloud is that you shouldn't need to set up e.g. a bouncer, possibly on a VPS, just to get reliable group chat.
