I recently had the horrifying experience ;) of seeing non-fat half-and-half. Seriously, what's the point? As for yogurt I pretty much do not buy supermarket brands anymore. There's a European imported food store in town that sells some fresh items, among them Greek yogurt. The stuff is like paste, and it's fantastic.
