- gherkin0 11y agoGood luck with that. If you're being laid off and your replacement is already lined up for you to train, you're not really in a very good negotiating position. Plus, a company that would put you in that situation probably doesn't understand or care about the value of your knowledge before they've already felt the pain of losing you.
