Hell yes. I may be biased since I'm a founder of a 100% distributed company, but I feel the value of working from home every.single.day and I know my employees do too. Midday naps and gym visits, not feeling bad wandering out of the office for a break, getting to be just as productive when at home. No commute. The modern office is a scam and a relic from the fifties and we are only now able to break free from its chains.
