    I dont know about Vancouver but in Melbourne lot of for sale commercial properties also have the sign in Mandarin(or Cantonese).

  It's happening all over. I do a good bit of real estate investing and research on the side and foreign institutional investors have been buying up every property they can come across for years.

    To be fair, if I were a wealthy Chinese national, I'd sure as hell be parking cash in diversified assets abroad.
