What you should do is let your bosses know that you're not happy in the current situation. Be reasonable but on the other hand do make clear that if the situation does not improve, you will start looking for another job. But tell them that you would regret that because there are also many aspects of your job which you like. (assuming of course that this is the case) And then, if things still don't get better, switch jobs!
