How is HTTPS difficult to set up?

  With AWS's new certificate manager it makes about 3 clicks and 2 minutes. Otherwise I agree, it's a pain in the ass.

    It takes about 10 minutes to update nginx's configurations to use sane defaults with TLS and CSP to boot.

      Fair point. I usually terminate on an ELB.
