Come on, it's not like VW cars were emitting hydrogen cyanide. They were emitting excess pollutants, not poison.
- reportingsjr 11y agoNOx causes a significant amount of health issues due to low level smog. I don't think a comparison to HCN is a good reason for not calling NOx poisonous. As an aside, diesel exhaust does actually contain cyanide compounds!
