A normal distribution doesn't preclude the existence of a 10X, just describes the rarity.
- StavrosK 11y agoYes, and it's so well-understood that talking about whether 10x engineers do and don't exist is ridiculous. It seems like it's just a circlejerk, where everybody secretly thinks they're a 10x engineer so we keep talking about it.
