My wife lost her job as a result of this strategy and it still burns. Valeant killed a really fantastic small local (Raleigh) pharma (Salix) just to jack up the prices and remarket using their Philidor partner to absorb an unreasonably large inventory to puff up the sales numbers. I hope they go under. Actually, I hope they're acquired at firesale prices by a much better pharma which then lays off all the Valeant execs responsible for bizdev, finance & global leadership.
