Just FYI, the apple remote app on the iPhone can talk to the apple TV and act as a keyboard.
- Dobbs 11y agoOh sweet, they fixed that! For a while their it had no Apple TV 4 support.
- excitom 11y agoAnnoying anecdote: I was thrilled when I installed the iPhone remote app but I couldn't sign in to Netflix. It said my password was wrong. But it works when I sign in to the web page ... After a little searching I find the solution: Enter your password with the AppleTV remote. Yes, it works. Why it fails on the iPhone app is a mystery to me.
- DigitalJack 11y agoWeird, worked OK for me. hopefully some password managers will port their apps over. My passwords aren't easy to type with the remote.
