does the customer service rep get some negative points if an account is cancelled by them ?
- quicklyfrozen 11y agoWell, if you work in the retention department, how else would your performance be measured except by the number of customers you retain? :-)
- benjohnson 11y agoGenerally yes. That's why the retention reps are happy with "I'm moving" or "I moving to OpenBSD" and other non-negotiable reasons for closing the account as they typically don't count against them.
