Why is it in error? It's 6x6=36TB. Parity is still storing data. Who says the data storage total number has to be for only user data? My ZFS pool is 12x4TB

My ZFS pool is 12x4TB in RAIDZ2 and when I query zpool list I get:
name size alloc free
tank 43.5T 25.3T 18.2T
The size reported by ZFS itself is 43.5TiB which is close to the 48TB that 12x4TB is.
