This seems like a bit of an issue.

- colanderman 11y agoThat paragraph is referring to a previous incident. The current incident occurred in France in behalf of a Portuguese firm.

- pavedwalden 11y agoDon't feel bad, the article was a little unclear. I had to backtrack to figure out that the penultimate paragraph signaled a change in topic.
