I loved this calculator when they first issued it, (2012ish?) but now they've revamped it and it takes up too much space for whatever functionality they added.

- ccarter84 11y agoFound it! The advanced panel, the simple graphics, highlighting the parallel rolls of expected rate of Rent increase vs Home price appreciation and making it a slider!
