I don't know when everybody got so entitled that they were willing to go through whatever means necessary to get access to content otherwise unavailable to them People been smuggling English bands on vinyl into the USSR and making their own copies "on the bones" last time when vinyl was big (and so was the USSR). So I suggest that maybe 50 years ago?
