I would suggest two books, if you haven't already read them: Peopleware and Mindset. The relevance of Peopleware is obvious. Statements like these make me think you would benefit from reading Mindset. And I keep pushing my team to learn new stuff and educate them whatever I learn. Problem: Instead of my best efforts in taking care of my team and teaching them engineering aspect, It sounds like you're trying to teach people all the time. Why? Is your job to be a teacher? Do you know how to be a teacher?
