Isn't that how most software "sales" already work?
- alistairSH 11y agoYes, but to most consumers, buying a vehicle (car, tractor, etc) isn't a "software sale". The "sale that's really a lease/licensing deal" is a fairly new construct, at least as it relates to consumer goods that aren't obviously "software".
