Tails is intended to be run on a USB drive. This means you can take nearly any computer, boot to usb, and have a operating system designed for security running in the computer's RAM. Many claim that this does not leave a trace of your activity in the computer itself. It also comes with tor browser, electrum bitcoin wallet, and some GPG utilities preinstalled.
