Thats an insane requirement.
- AnkhMorporkian 11y agoYou were very insensitive to a-b. You can prove you're sorry by donating say 1 000 000 USD to me.
- a-b 11y agoif I would be a face on national telecom operator and you non-profit organisation representing interests of significant part of my userbase I would consider this.
- placeybordeaux 11y agoWell it's a good thing you aren't. Thats a bad idea.
- a-b 11y agoI don't think this amount of money makes any difference for t-mobile, but this is a great way to support EFF and help these guys to ensure true online freedom and rights.
- nitrogen 11y agoWhile it'd be great for T-Mo to support the mission of organizations like EFF, it wouldn't be good for them to donate $1M (or some other amount) directly right now for a couple of reasons: - Donating in this situation sounds an awful lot like a shakedown. "Gee, what a nice mobile network you have. Donate $1M and we'll stop calling out your unfair network practices." - That much corporate money could affect the psychology within EFF as well as people's trust of EFF.
- agildehaus 11y agoHe could donate $40,000 directly to me. That'd be a much better deal.
- cmdrfred 11y agoI'll do it for 10k as long as you are ok with me outsourcing it to India.
