I think this is mostly true for all successful companies, not just startups. You are looking to hire for the company and not for a particular position. Hire for talent and let them grow with the product/domain/technology.
- pconno3 11y agoI strong agree with this. It's important to hire people who are excited about the company and the environment. This will inspire them to learn/grow.
