I prefer minimal config, but she lost me here:

Nope. Probably true for people that don't care about coffee, but give me the full espresso machine any time.
- atemerev 11y agoI feel the same about coffee machines (owning one of the beasts), but I mostly agree with the article. I wonder if pro coffee machine technicians prefer single-button full autos. Would make sense.
- newday 11y agoActually, it's a great point. For the vast majority of us, coffee is coffee. I have an Aeropress that I use at work and Keurig's at home. I can't tell the difference. So tailor your configuration to the masses with options to configure if that user has "better taste buds".
