A ClearOS (or whatever other Linux/BSD gateway/firewall distro you like) add-on/plugin that blocks access to/from Tor. Basically a thing that takes the torproject's published exit node IP address list that updates every 30 minutes & plugs those addresses into IPTables- or something along those lines. Currently this functionality doesn't exist for firewall/gateway distros (AFAIK).
