I'd imagine there are plenty of companies who would be accommodating; especially if you were working on backend or infrastructure services. I would primarily look for companies that are already inclusive and would be excited to find a way to support you. Have you considered speaking about the challenges you've faced as a blind software engineer? That may be a way to get noticed in your community and help others in a similar situation.
