This is what happens when someone who just doesn't get it looks at the well-publicized Pixar workspaces and says "yeah, lets do that!". I mean look at this thing - it's constructed with the design aesthetics of a garden shed and then they stuck it in a poorly lit, sterile off-white office (complete with those ceiling tiles that signal: "no imagination allowed here!"). These people either have no taste, or just haven't figured out that creating a creative workspace involves a LOT more than just building a cubby house and calling it good.
