- heed 11y agoIt looks like they ran the photo through Google's Deep Dream. There are a bunch of generators online, eg http://deepdreamgenerator.com http://deepdreamgenerator.com.
- eutectic 11y agoBy a version of Google's DeepDream sampling from a relatively low layer.
