I highly recommend that anyone who has yet been able to make it to the Tsukiji fish market does so before its demise later this year. It's a truly incredible place, and the Sushi holes there are the most incredible fish you'll eat anywhere in the world. I have not have a meal that was better than the 15min Omakase Sushi meal I ate there at 5am after an hour of lining up.
