This is essentially exactly what I've been wanting. I really want to start doing some real world work on open source projects, because I feel they'll be great experience. However the projects I'd love to work on (TOR among others) are just so dense and impenetrable that I don't even know how to figure out how to get started. This will be really valuable, thanks.
